At Topcustomlab, each product is made to order, uniquely designed, and personalized just for you. Due to the nature of custom products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@topcustomlab.com with the following details:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Your order number
- Any relevant information about the issue
We’ll review the information and get back to you as quickly as possible with a resolution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and your package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm the correct shipping details. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@topcustomlab.com, and we will investigate the matter. If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost.
Non-returnable Items
Since all products are personalized and made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind after the order is placed
- Incorrect product selection (please ensure you’ve chosen the correct item, size, or customization before checkout)
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it enters production quickly. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at support@topcustomlab.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee any changes, as production may have already started.
